  • Customer Satisfaction (CSAT) score
  • Net Promoter Score (NPS)
  • Average Handling Time (AHT)
  • After-Call Work (ACW) time

Essential Qualifications:

To excel in this role, you will need:

  • Proven experience in customer service, preferably in a virtual or remote setting.
  • Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
  • Strong problem-solving abilities and a customer-focused mindset.
  • Familiarity with financial products and services is a plus.
