The Role

As a Live Chat Support Agent, you'll be the face of arenaflex, interacting with customers through our web-based chat platform to provide timely and effective solutions to their queries. Your primary responsibilities will include:

  • Engaging with customers via live chat on websites and social media platforms to resolve their issues and concerns
  • Providing accurate and helpful responses to customer questions, offering product recommendations, and issuing discounts as needed
  • Maintaining a professional and helpful demeanor in all interactions, ensuring a seamless and positive experience for our customers
  • Collaborating with internal teams to resolve complex issues and escalate concerns when necessary
  • Participating in ongoing training and development to stay up-to-date on arenaflex products and services

Requirements

To succeed in this role, you'll need:

  • A device capable of accessing social media and web chat functions (such as a phone, tablet, or laptop)
  • The ability to work independently and manage time effectively, with a minimum availability of 5 hours per week
  • Strong ability to follow detailed instructions and procedures, with a focus on accuracy and attention to detail
