Responsibilities:

As a Data Entry Coordinator at arenaflex, you will be responsible for:

  • Reviewing and entering all price change requests received from merchant organizations, ensuring accuracy and timeliness
  • Understanding data and identifying price change discrepancies, taking proactive steps to resolve issues
  • Reviewing and entering complex promotional price changes, ensuring seamless integration with our Oracle Retail and SAP ecommerce systems
  • Collaborating with AP to reopen POs for invoice submission, streamlining our offline processes
  • Managing and reviewing weekly price change reports, providing insights and recommendations for process improvements
  • Assisting with ad hoc requests for item maintenance and item creation, supporting our business divisions in General Merchandise
  • Cross-training to support other business divisions throughout the fiscal year, expanding your skills and expertise
  • Additional responsibilities as required, demonstrating your adaptability and willingness to learn

Qualifications:

To succeed as a Data Entry Coordinator at arenaflex, you'll need:

  • A Bachelor's Degree in a related field (e.g., business, computer science, or mathematics)
  • 1-2 years of related experience in data entry, customer service, or a similar role
  • Working knowledge of MS Office Suite, specifically Excel, with a strong understanding of data analysis and reporting
