What You'll Do
As a Payment Collection Representative at arenaflex, you will be responsible for:
- Making outbound (some inbound) phone calls to assist customers with payment collection issues
- Providing knowledgeable answers and scripted customer feedback to resolve customer concerns
- Collaborating with managers to receive feedback and tips on improving performance
- Maintaining accurate customer notes and records
- Participating in virtual team environments and weekly contests to stay engaged and motivated
Who You Are
We're looking for individuals who possess:
- Prior customer service experience, preferably in a remote work environment
- A strong background in retail, sales, or wait staff (these roles have been successful in this position)
- A quiet workspace with a reliable internet connection
- A GED or High School Diploma
- Excellent communication and problem-solving skills
- The ability to quickly tap out customer notes on a standard keyboard
