Responsibilities

As an Experienced Customer Service Representative at arenaflex, you will play a critical role in supporting our gig workers and ensuring their satisfaction with our services. Your responsibilities will include:

  • Acting as the first point of contact for gig workers, answering inquiries and resolving issues promptly
  • Providing detailed information about our platform and services to gig workers and potential users
  • Assisting users in navigating our application and connecting with available shifts
  • Documenting and tracking all customer interactions and issues in our CRM system
  • Collaborating with team members to identify recurring issues and suggest improvements to our processes
  • Maintaining a positive and empathetic attitude toward gig workers at all times
  • Staying updated on industry trends and platform changes to provide accurate and timely information

Key Qualifications

To be successful in this role, you will need to possess the following qualifications:

  • High school diploma or equivalent; additional education in customer service or a related field is a plus
  • Proven experience in a customer service role, preferably in a remote setting
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills to engage effectively with gig workers
