Job Summary

We're seeking an experienced Java Developer to join our Customer Systems team. As a key member of our team, you'll work closely with cross-functional groups across arenaflex to design, develop, and deploy cutting-edge solutions that meet the evolving needs of our customers. Your expertise in Java, Spring, and related technologies will enable you to tackle complex challenges and drive innovation in our customer-facing systems.

Key Responsibilities

* Design, develop, and deploy scalable, high-performance Java applications that meet arenaflex's stringent quality and security standards

• Collaborate with business stakeholders, application owners, designers, and project managers to understand requirements and deliver solutions that meet their needs
• Develop and maintain large-scale, distributed systems that can handle high volumes of traffic and data
• Utilize expertise in Java structures, including Spring and REST, to design and implement efficient, secure, and scalable solutions
• Work with data storage systems, including relational and NoSQL databases, to design and implement data models that meet business requirements
• Participate in code reviews and provide feedback to ensure high-quality code and adherence to arenaflex's coding standards
• Develop and maintain automated testing frameworks to ensure robust testing and validation of applications
• Collaborate with other teams to identify and address technical debt, improve code quality, and enhance overall system performance
• Stay up-to-date with industry trends, emerging technologies, and best practices in software development to continuously improve arenaflex's technical capabilities

Essential Qualifications

* Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field

• 2+ years of experience in Java development, with a focus on large-scale, distributed systems
• Expertise in Java structures, including Spring and REST
• Experience with data storage systems, including relational and NoSQL databases
• Strong understanding of software development principles, including design patterns, testing, and code quality
• Excellent problem-solving skills, with the ability to analyze complex problems and develop creative solutions
• Strong communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams

Preferred Qualifications

* Experience with cloud-based technologies, including AWS or Azure
