Job Summary

We're seeking an experienced Customer Service Representative to join our remote team. As a Customer Service Representative, you'll be responsible for providing exceptional support to our customers through various communication channels, including phone, email, chat, and interactive voice response systems. Your primary goal will be to resolve customer inquiries efficiently, while ensuring a positive experience for each interaction.

Key Responsibilities

As a Customer Service Representative at arenaflex, you'll be responsible for:

  • Providing exceptional customer care and focus, with the ability to assess customers' needs and provide the correct answer, path, troubleshooting, or method for a positive customer experience
  • Answering and managing incoming calls, emails, chats, and/or interactive voice response systems
  • Learning and following all customer service procedures and policies
  • Striving to meet and exceed personal and team target goals
  • Recording, organizing, and filing customer interactions and account changes
  • Upselling opportunities as needed
  • Scheduling call backs and appointments to resolve customer needs
  • Collaborating with internal teams to resolve complex customer issues

Requirements

To succeed in this role, you'll need:

  • Previous experience in customer support, client services, sales, or a related field
  • Excellent communication skills, with the ability to communicate effectively over the phone and other communication platforms
  • Basic computer skills and experience
  • Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks efficiently
  • Excellent time management and prioritization skills
  • Active listening skills, with the ability to relay information, answer questions, and address concerns
  • A customer-focused mindset, with a commitment to delivering positive customer experiences and resolutions

Preferred Qualifications

While not required, the following qualifications would be beneficial:

  • Experience with customer relationship management (CRM) software
  • Knowledge of sales and marketing principles
  • Familiarity with arenaflex's products and services
  • Fluency in multiple languages
