Job Responsibilities

As an Entry Level Remote Customer Service Representative, you will play a pivotal role in ensuring that our customers have an outstanding travel experience. Your primary responsibilities will include:

  • Remote Customer Assistance: Provide top-notch customer support to arenaflex passengers via phone and online communication channels. Address inquiries, resolve issues, and offer assistance with reservations, flight information, and general inquiries.

Essential Qualifications

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • High School Diploma or Equivalent: A high school diploma or equivalent is required, with a focus on communication, customer service, or a related field.
  • Customer Service Experience: Previous customer service experience, either in-person or remote, is highly desirable.
  • Communication Skills: Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to interact with customers in a professional and empathetic manner.
