Responsibilities

As a Customer Service Representative at arenaflex, you'll be responsible for:

  • Handling emergency signals and notifications in a timely and professional manner
  • Notifying and verifying alarm signals, ensuring that our customers receive prompt support
  • Dispatching proper authorities, working closely with our team to resolve incidents efficiently
  • Providing exceptional customer service, responding to inquiries, and resolving issues in a courteous and professional manner

Requirements

To succeed in this role, you'll need:

  • A high school diploma or equivalent (GED)
  • Previous customer service experience, with a strong focus on delivering exceptional service
  • Flexibility to work weekends, holidays, and overtime, as needed
  • Basic computer literacy, with the ability to navigate our systems and software
  • A strong commitment to teamwork, with a willingness to support your colleagues and contribute to our team's success

Shifts and Schedules

We offer a range of shifts to suit your needs, including:

  • 2nd shift (3pm-11pm)
  • 3rd shift (11pm-7am)
  • 10-hour shifts
  • 12-hour shifts
  • 8-hour shifts
  • Evening shifts
  • Holidays
  • Night shifts
  • Overnight shifts
  • Weekends as needed
