We are seeking an experienced and highly motivated Part-Time Customer Engagement Marketing Specialist to join our team at arenaflex. As a key member of our marketing team, you will play a critical role in helping us to develop and implement effective marketing strategies that drive customer engagement and loyalty. This is a remote work opportunity, and you will have the flexibility to work from home and manage your own schedule.Key Responsibilities
As a Part-Time Customer Engagement Marketing Specialist at arenaflex, your key responsibilities will include:- Supporting the execution of our customer engagement marketing strategies and initiatives
- Collaborating with cross-functional teams to develop and implement effective marketing campaigns
- Aiding in the review and management of our customer commitment unified legal and security line
- Overseeing the review and management of new and renewal contract surveys, including MSA, NDA, business, marketing, legal, protection, pricing, pixels, data use, and security terms
- Inspecting and overseeing external data sharing, including crowd dividing among Disney specialty units, organization, and outside merchants
- Joining forces with key colleagues to review and manage the Client Commitment unified legal and security line, including reporting new checking processes
- Managing situation/project-specific direction and prescribed strategy to guarantee consistency status with existing, recently authorized, and emerging security guidelines and arrangements, such as GDPR, CCPA, COPPA, ITP, and future things
Essential Qualifications
To be successful in this role, you will need to possess the following essential qualifications:- A Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Political Science, Pre-Law, or a related field
- Excellent customer service skills, including the ability to help partners and projects on an as-needed basis
- Strong relational skills, including process streams and documentation
- The ability to arrange and focus on multiple projects and deadlines with minimal oversight
- Detail-oriented and organized, with the ability to comply with tight time constraints
Preferred Qualifications
While not essential, the following qualifications would be highly desirable:- Experience in marketing, customer engagement, or a related field
- Knowledge of marketing automation tools and platforms
- Experience with data analysis and reporting
- Strong communication and presentation skills
Required Training
To be eligible for this part-time job, you must be a senior late graduate (within at least six months of your graduation date) pursuing a Four-year certification in Marketing, Communications Studies, Political Science, Pre-Law, or a related field.Additional Requirements
To be considered for this role, you must:- Be enrolled in a certified school/college taking at least one class in the semester/quarter (spring/fall) preceding support in the part-time job program OR have graduated from a school/college in at least six months OR be currently participating in a Disney School Program or Disney Professional Entry-level position
- Not have completed one year of continuous work on a Disney part-time job or program
- Have unrestricted work authorization
- Have a reliable, dependable schedule for working throughout the meeting
- Have reliable transportation to/from work
