Key Responsibilities
As a Customer Service and Level 1 IT Support Representative at arenaflex, you'll be responsible for:
- Providing exceptional customer service via phone, ensuring that every interaction is positive, informative, and resolves the customer's issue efficiently.
- Addressing and resolving customer account and billing inquiries in a timely and professional manner.
- Assisting customers with Level 1 IT support, including troubleshooting internet connectivity and account access, and providing guidance on basic technical issues.
- Documenting customer interactions and maintaining accurate records to ensure seamless escalation and resolution of complex issues.
- Escalating complex issues to higher-level support when necessary, ensuring that customers receive the support they need to resolve their issues.
Schedule
As a part-time, remote employee, you'll work a flexible schedule that fits around your life. Our schedule includes:
- Weekdays: 5 PM – 10 PM (Monday to Friday)
- Weekends: 10 AM – 8 PM (Saturday and/or Sunday)
- 20-25 hours per week, with the opportunity to work additional hours as needed
Qualifications
To succeed in this role, you'll need:
