Key Responsibilities
As an Experienced Customer Practice Manager, you will be responsible for:
- Leading Business Outcomes: Articulate accelerated customer outcomes through cloud transformation, driving business growth and revenue.
- Execution of Long-Term Strategic Customer Transformation Roadmaps: Develop and execute comprehensive plans to deliver results in ProServe and Platform bookings in the near term.
- Unified Account Plan and Pursuit Plan: Align with the AWS account team (direct sales) to develop a cohesive strategy for customer engagement and growth.
- Establish Executive Relationships: Foster strong relationships with Business & Technology groups, securing executive sponsorship for programs and driving business outcomes.
- Internal Network Establishment: Build a strong network within arenaflex, particularly with critical internal organizations such as Account Team, Partner team, Global Services organization, Finance, and Legal.
- Strategic Advisor and Expert: Assume the role of a trusted advisor and expert, providing deep knowledge of the cross-section of customers' businesses and the cloud ecosystem.
- Deliver on Annual Bookings, Revenue, and Customer Satisfaction Targets: Meet or exceed targets through deal structure aligned with defined customer outcomes and arenaflex ProServe business objectives.
- Support Scale through Shared Learnings: Contribute to the growth and development of the ProServe team through shared learnings and mechanisms.

Essential Qualifications

Bachelor's degree or 7+ years of professional or military experience
*
5+ years of Media & Entertainment Industry experience
*
8+ years of IT consulting and management experience in customer-facing roles
* Proven track record of scoping, selling, and delivering large-scale enterprise IT Transformation programs * Experience in leading solutions that include core products, third-party products, and custom-built solutions
Preferred Qualifications
*
Consistent track record of achieving sales targets and opportunity management
* Excellent written and verbal communication skills, including workgroup leadership and executive presentations
Compensation and Benefits
Our compensation reflects the cost of labor across several US geographic markets. The base pay for this position ranges from $138,200/year in our lowest geographic market up to $239,000/year in our highest geographic market. Pay is based on a number of factors, including market location and may vary depending on job-related knowledge, skills, and experience.
