Key Responsibilities
As a Customer Service Representative, you'll be responsible for:

- Providing exceptional customer service by responding to inquiries, resolving issues, and escalating concerns in a timely and professional manner
- Building strong relationships with clients through active listening, consultative selling, and conflict resolution

Essential Qualifications
* 2+ years of experience in customer service, preferably in a call center or virtual environment
