Key Responsibilities

As a Remote Customer Service Representative, you'll be responsible for delivering exceptional customer experiences through:

  • Inbound and outbound calls, ensuring timely and accurate responses to customer inquiries
  • Managing customer accounts and providing technical support to resolve issues efficiently
  • Application data entry and online chat inquiries as assigned
  • Interpreting and following defined procedures and policies to ensure compliance and quality service
  • Utilizing creative problem-solving skills to resolve complex customer issues
  • Demonstrating flexibility and adaptability in response to changing projects and updates
  • Effective time and task management, including multitasking and prioritization
  • Extensive self-study, training, and testing to ensure proficiency in arenaflex's systems and processes

Essential Qualifications

To succeed in this role, you'll need:

  • Moderate to advanced computer skills, with a high level of comfort learning new technology
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with a high level of professionalism
  • A strong ability to work independently and as part of a remote team
  • Self-motivation and a drive for success, with a focus on delivering exceptional customer experiences
  • A commitment to adhering to regulated guidelines for communications via all channels

Preferred Experience

While not required, previous experience in customer support or technical support roles, particularly in the health insurance industry, is highly desirable. Familiarity with CRM systems and practices, as well as Spanish bilingual skills, are also a plus.

Compensation Details

* Base pay: $14.50 per hour

  • Enhanced rate: $16.00 per hour contingent on weekly attendance and performance
  • Spanish bilingual base pay: $15.50 per hour
  • Spanish bilingual enhanced rate: $17.00 per hour contingent on weekly attendance and performance

Requirements

To ensure your success in this role, you'll need:

  • A dedicated, private, and secure workspace
  • A personal laptop or desktop computer for the training period
  • A commitment to full attendance during the 3-week training period
  • A passing score on required exams to proceed through training and certifications
  • A cable/fiber broadband internet connection with a hard-wired ethernet connection (mobile internet service providers and satellite are not compatible)
