Key Responsibilities and Job Elements

As an Area Manager at arenaflex, you'll be responsible for leading a team of hourly workforce, ensuring that our customers receive their orders on time, every time. Your key responsibilities will include:

• Support, mentor, and motivate your hourly workforce: Foster a positive and inclusive work environment, providing guidance and support to help your team members excel in their roles.
• Manage safety, quality, productivity, and customer delivery promises: Ensure that our operations meet the highest standards of safety, quality, and productivity, while delivering exceptional customer experiences.
• Collaborate with all support teams: Work closely with our Safety, Engineering, Loss Prevention, Quality Assurance, and Human Resources teams to develop plans that meet business objectives and drive success.
• Lift up to 49 pounds and frequently push, pull, squat, bend, and reach: Meet the physical demands of the role, which may include lifting, pushing, pulling, squatting, bending, and reaching.
• Stand/walk for up to 12 hours during shifts: Work in a fast-paced environment that requires standing and walking for extended periods.
• Work in an environment where the noise level varies and can be loud: Adapt to changing noise levels and work in a dynamic environment.
• Work in an environment that is subject to variable temperatures and weather: Be prepared to work in a variety of temperature and weather conditions, including outside loading departments.
• Continuously climb and descend stairs (applies to sites with stairs): Meet the physical demands of the role, which may include climbing and descending stairs.
