Job Summary

As a Part-Time Remote Customer Service Representative, you'll play a vital role in providing exceptional customer experiences and support to our valued clients. You'll be responsible for handling Tier 1 customer calls, emails, and voice mails, troubleshooting technical issues, and providing clear and concise communications. This is a fantastic opportunity to work from home, choose your own hours, and enjoy a competitive hourly rate of $20 per hour.

Key Responsibilities

* Answer customer questions and requests for supplies, service, and troubleshoot 1st-level technical issues via inbound calls and/or voice mails, emails, and alerts.

  • Provide clear and concise communications and follow up with customers on company schedules, requested lead and delivery times.
  • Work with the Tier 2 team to seamlessly pass escalated customer technical issues quickly and efficiently.
  • Track, route, and escalate unresolved issues to management.
  • Remain current on constant process updates and technology used within the company.
  • Perform duties with awareness and in accordance with the organization's policies and applicable laws.
  • Perform other duties as directed by management.

Your Qualifications

* High School Diploma

  • Reliable internet connection (must have a stable and fast internet connection to perform duties)
  • Experience in a call center environment is a plus.
  • Knowledge of Word Processing software, Spreadsheet software, Order processing systems, and Contact Management systems.
  • Ability to empathize with customers is critical.
  • Ability to multi-task (i.e., talking and typing simultaneously) in a fast-paced environment.
  • Possess organizational and time management skills.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook) and basic internet skills.
  • Demonstrate professional communication skills with a high degree of initiative, mature judgment, and discretion.
  • Ability to navigate through multiple systems.
