Responsibilities

As a Live Chat Specialist, you'll be responsible for:

• Handling a wide variety of customer inquiries via online chat, providing accurate information about our products and services
• Narrowing down on appointment information to schedule appointments, ensuring seamless communication with our clients
• Capturing customer contact information for lead generation and client review, helping our clients build strong relationships with their customers
• Summarizing interactions based on customer needs for client review, providing valuable insights for our clients to improve their sales strategies
• Developing and maintaining a knowledge base of our evolving products and services, staying up-to-date with industry trends and developments

Qualifications

To succeed in this role, you'll need:

• Previous experience in retail customer service or the automotive industry (although not necessary, it's a plus!)
• Basic internet and window-based computer skills, with a strong ability to multitask and adapt to change
• A positive and professional demeanor, with excellent written and verbal communication skills
• The ability to work in a fast-paced environment, with a quick turnaround time for customer inquiries
• Strong problem-solving skills, with a focus on delivering exceptional customer experiences

Preferred Qualifications

* Gaming experience (yes, you read that right! We believe that gaming skills can translate to exceptional multitasking abilities)

• Previous experience in a similar role, with a proven track record of delivering high-quality customer service
• Familiarity with our products and services, or a willingness to learn and develop your knowledge

Compensation and Benefits

* Competitive hourly rate of $13.00 per hour

Application Requirements

To apply for this role, you'll need to:

• Own your own computer or laptop with a webcam and microphone
• Be able to attend four weeks of paid, remote training via Zoom (Tuesday through Saturday, 11:00 AM - 7:30 PM EDT)
• Be able to work five days a week, including a Saturday or Sunday
• Reside in one of the following states: Alabama, Idaho, Indiana, Iowa, Kansas, Kentucky, Louisiana, Mississippi, Oklahoma, Pennsylvania, Tennessee, Texas, Utah, West Virginia, or Wisconsin
