Job Summary

We're seeking a highly skilled and motivated Customer Success Specialist to join our team on a full-time, rotational shift basis. As a Customer Success Specialist, you'll be responsible for handling customer inquiries, concerns, and providing information through inbound and outbound phone calls. With a strong focus on customer satisfaction, you'll work closely with our team to identify and escalate priority issues, maintain brand reputation, and improve service quality.

Key Responsibilities

* Assist customers in placing online orders and provide support through phone calls

  • Process payments securely and proactively support customers to maintain brand reputation
  • Identify and escalate priority issues to ensure timely resolution
  • Collaborate with the team to improve customer support and maintain service quality
  • Develop and implement effective solutions to customer complaints and concerns
  • Analyze customer feedback and make recommendations for process improvements
  • Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and provide regular updates to the team

Essential Qualifications

* Bachelor's Degree, Diploma, or equivalent in any field

  • At least 6 months of experience in customer support, with a strong preference for call center experience
  • B2 level proficiency in English and Mandarin language skills
  • Excellent interpersonal skills, with a customer service-oriented approach
  • Ability to handle inquiries professionally and maintain a positive attitude in high-pressure situations

Preferred Qualifications

* Experience working in a fast-paced, dynamic environment

  • Strong problem-solving skills and ability to think critically
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Windows and Office, with a strong typing speed of at least 40wpm
  • Experience with customer relationship management (CRM) software and other technical tools

Technical Skills

* Proficiency in Microsoft Windows and Office

  • Strong typing speed of at least 40wpm with 90% accuracy
  • Ability to learn and adapt to new technical tools and software
