Responsibilities

As an arenaflex Customer Service Representative, you'll be responsible for:

  • Responding to Customer Inquiries: Respond promptly to customer inquiries via phone, email, or chat, providing accurate and complete information.
  • Resolving Product or Service Issues: Resolve product or service issues by clarifying customer complaints and providing effective solutions.
  • Maintaining Customer Accounts: Maintain customer accounts and keep records of customer interactions, ensuring seamless communication and follow-up.
  • Collaborating with Team Members: Collaborate with team members and other departments to improve customer service processes and enhance the overall customer experience.
  • Meeting Sales Targets and Call Handling Quotas: Meet personal and team sales targets and call handling quotas, ensuring efficient and effective service delivery.

Requirements

To succeed in this role, you'll need:

  • Strong Communication Skills: Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English, with the ability to communicate effectively with customers and team members.
  • Problem-Solving Abilities: Demonstrated problem-solving abilities, with the capacity to analyze and resolve complex customer issues.
  • Computer Proficiency: Proficiency in using computers and various software applications, with the ability to adapt to new systems and technologies.
  • Availability: Availability to work under 4 hours per day, including some weekends or holidays.
  • Previous Customer Service Experience: Previous customer service experience is preferred but not required.

Educational Qualifications

To be considered for this role, you'll need:

Experience

While prior customer service or call center experience is beneficial, it's not mandatory. Familiarity with the travel or airline industry is a plus, but not required.
