Key Responsibilities
As a Customer Service Representative at arenaflex, you'll be responsible for:
- Arranging sports events packages, concerts, theatre, theme parks, tours, excursions for families, couples, singles, businesses, and more
- Determining customer's needs and preferences, such as schedules, costs, and payment plans
- Planning and arranging event packages
- Booking reservations for travel, hotel, flights, rental cars, special events, honeymoons
- Providing exceptional customer service to clients, responding to their queries, and resolving any issues that may arise
