Experienced Customer Experience Advisor (Part-Time) – Remote, Nashville

What You'll Do:
As a Customer Experience Advisor at arenaflex, you'll be responsible for:
- Providing top-notch customer service via email and live chat, ensuring that every interaction is nothing short of wonderful
- Learning and mastering our internal management system to efficiently process sales orders and maintain strong relationships with our customers
- Collaborating with your teammates, management, and other departments using our internal communication software to drive seamless communication and teamwork
- Identifying and solving even the smallest trends and pain points to optimize each customer's experience and drive business growth
- Staying up-to-date with the latest technology systems and procedures, and adapting to new tools and processes with ease

Requirements:
To succeed in this role, you'll need to:
- Attend a virtual two-week onboarding program via Google Meet video calls (Google Meet can be accessed through any web browser, but works best with Google Chrome)
- Have a quiet workspace with minimal noise (i.e., home office) to fulfill your shifts
- Be available to work 20-29 hours per week, with shift times starting as early as 8 a.m. and as late as 9 p.m. CT
- Be available evenings and weekends, including during the holiday season
- Have a reliable high-speed internet connection with access to your router (a laptop and all necessary equipment will be provided)
- Not be on the Office of Inspector General's List of Excluded Individuals/Entities (LEIE)
Extra Credit:
While not required, experience in customer service and working from home are definite plus factors in this role.
