Job Summary

As a Customer Support Specialist at arenaflex, you will be responsible for providing technical support and assistance to our customers. Your primary focus will be on resolving customer complaints and issues in a timely and professional manner. You will also be required to perform mechanical services and light maintenance on our soft drink fountain equipment, ensuring that it is in good working condition.

Key Responsibilities

* Perform mechanical services and light maintenance on soft drink fountain equipment, including troubleshooting and repairing issues

  • Investigate and resolve customer complaints and issues in a timely and professional manner
  • Maintain all refrigeration equipment in good working condition
  • Move equipment to perform all mechanical services on fountain hardware, including preventative maintenance, software updates, and cosmetic repairs
  • Provide exceptional customer service, responding to customer inquiries and resolving issues in a timely and professional manner
  • Collaborate with other team members to achieve customer satisfaction and resolve complex issues
  • Participate in ongoing training and development to stay up-to-date with the latest products and technologies

Essential Qualifications

* Secondary school diploma or equivalent degree/certificate

  • Valid driver's license
  • Technical aptitude to repair machines
  • Ability to lift 50 pounds
  • Adaptability to work on Saturdays, Sundays, and holidays as needed

Preferred Qualifications

* Bachelor's degree in a related field (e.g., mechanical engineering, customer service)

  • Previous experience in a customer support or technical role
  • Familiarity with soft drink fountain equipment and maintenance procedures
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
