Key Responsibilities

As a customer service representative at arenaflex, you'll be responsible for:

  • Handling incoming calls, emails, and live chat inquiries from customers promptly and professionally, ensuring a positive experience and building long-term relationships.
  • Providing accurate information regarding our services, including pricing, availability, and project status, to ensure customer satisfaction.
  • Assisting customers in troubleshooting issues and answering questions to resolve their concerns and ensure satisfaction.

Essential Qualifications

To succeed in this role, you'll need:

  • A high school diploma or equivalent; further education in customer service or telecommunications is a plus.
