Responsibilities
As a Virtual Customer Care Chat Professional, you'll be responsible for:
- Executing development for a range of multiple parallel project engagements
- Writing high-quality code for digital platforms using HTML, CSS, and JavaScript
- Producing, maintaining, and modifying digital experiences and user interfaces
- Partnering with the UX/UI, copy, and design teams to develop the overall look and design of digital experiences
