Job Responsibilities:

As a Call Center Representative with arenaflex, you will be responsible for:

  • Handling high-volume client requests and providing exceptional customer service via phone, email, and chat
  • Performing data entry tasks with accuracy and efficiency, including entering patient and medication data into our systems
  • Investigating and resolving customer complaints and issues in a timely and professional manner
  • Collaborating with healthcare professionals and other stakeholders to provide accurate and timely information to customers
  • Maintaining confidentiality and adhering to HIPAA guidelines when handling sensitive customer information
  • Participating in ongoing training and development to improve skills and knowledge
  • Working collaboratively with the team to achieve goals and objectives

Key Responsibilities:

* Utilize arenaflex's solution information section strategies and rules to process new patient enrollment by entering information into the proper system

  • Handle patient medicine demands within HIPAA guidelines and enter top-off orders for handling
  • Investigate to obtain missing medication data, and decipher clinical shortened forms (SIG codes)
  • Settle all data entry-related special cases
  • Handle correspondence to patients (inbound calls, visits, messages) and settle outbound decisions to prescribers and patients depending on the situation
  • Settle Outsider Oddballs by inspecting, gathering data, making adjustments, and resubmitting for handling as indicated by individual arrangement necessities
  • Settle on phone decisions to guarantors and others to acquire data, gain supersede endorsement, or in any case settle the Outsider Oddballs
  • Provide support to pharmacists, both those in the office and those in different areas
  • Recognize and convey issues to senior-level staff as fitting

Essential Qualifications:

* High school diploma or equivalent

  • Essential level computer skills (e.g., starting and closing a computer, using a mouse to point and click, starting and closing programs, switching between programs, saving files, printing reports, and accessing data online)
  • Essential web search tools skills (e.g., opening a program, writing in URLs in the right area, using a web search engine, bookmarking a webpage, exploring using back/forward/stop buttons, and completing forms online)
  • Middle-level keyboarding skills (at least 25 WPM, typing by memory, organizing reports)
  • Ability to communicate effectively in writing and verbally
  • 18 years old or older

Preferred Qualifications:

* At least 1 year of pharmacy experience in a retail or call center environment

  • At least 1.5 years as a pharmacy technician with a certification/enrollment by the state as conceded by the State Board for Pharmacy or broadly recognized certification office
  • Experience providing customer service to internal and external clients, including meeting quality standards for services, and assessment of customer satisfaction
  • Halfway to cutting-edge level keyboarding skills (at least 35 WPM, typing by memory, designing reports)
  • Familiarity with Spanish and English
