The Role
We're seeking an experienced Part-Time Data Entry Specialist to join our Financial Analysis and Reporting team in Canada. As a key member of our team, you'll play a critical role in determining and reporting dealer markdown income, driving normalization and interaction improvement among local pricing groups, and supporting external reviews. Key Responsibilities
* Determine and report dealer markdown income for the Canada region, tracking monthly performance against forecast and identifying drivers of change
- Develop and maintain vendor rebate income scorecards for the Canada district
- Drive normalization and interaction improvement among local pricing groups for all reporting and determining related activities
- Support external reviews, including investigating issues found, collaborating with regional pricing groups to discuss issues, and managing goals
- Perform ad-hoc data analysis to assess rebate rate trends and uncover insights
Essential Qualifications
* 2+ years of experience in financial services or payments industry, or other finance-related roles
- Bachelor's degree in finance, accounting, or business required; Master's degree preferred
- High proficiency in Excel required; experience with other data analysis tools and programming languages (e.g., SAS, SQL) a plus
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
- Excellent analytical skills, with the ability to develop complex financial models and draw valuable insights from large datasets
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to influence others and collaborate effectively in a fast-paced team environment
Preferred Qualifications
* Experience with financial modeling, data analysis, and reporting
- Strong project management skills, with the ability to take ownership from analysis through to execution
- Passion for innovation and continuous improvement, with a willingness to challenge conventional approaches and develop new solutions
- Strong client focus, with a demonstrated ability to understand and address client needs and pain points
- Experience working in a remote or virtual team environment
