Job Summary
We're seeking a Part-Time Data Entry Clerk to join our remote team, working closely with our Help Desk technicians to provide exceptional customer service and support. As a Data Entry Clerk, you'll be responsible for receiving and processing customer requests, submitting tickets into our ticketing system, and providing timely updates to customers. Key Responsibilities
* Receive and process customer requests for technical assistance via phone, email, or chat
- Submit tickets into our ticketing system for review by Help Desk technicians
- Review each open ticket to determine the outcome and provide updates to customers via email
- Ensure timely and accurate resolution of customer issues
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of customer interactions
- Collaborate with Help Desk technicians to resolve complex customer issues
- Provide exceptional customer service and support to ensure customer satisfaction
Essential Qualifications
* No prior experience is required, but previous I.T. Help Desk ticket experience or online customer service experience for a technology company or busy online retailer is highly desirable
- Excellent typing skills (at least 40 wpm) and attention to detail
- Ability to work independently and as part of a remote team
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively
- Familiarity with ticketing systems and customer service software is a plus
Preferred Qualifications
* Experience working in a fast-paced, dynamic environment
- Knowledge of I.T. Help Desk software and systems
- Experience with customer relationship management (CRM) software
