Responsibilities

As a Remote Chat Support Specialist at arenaflex, you'll be responsible for:

  • Responding to customer inquiries and resolving issues through live chat support, ensuring that our clients receive timely and accurate information about our insurance plans and benefits.
  • Troubleshooting technical issues with online tools and resources, collaborating with team members to ensure a seamless customer experience.
