Job Responsibilities

As a Full Stack Customer Service Representative, you will be responsible for:

  • Providing exceptional customer service through inbound calls, emails, and chats, resolving complex issues, and driving customer satisfaction
  • Building strong relationships with customers, understanding their needs, and providing tailored solutions to meet their requirements
  • Collaborating with cross-functional teams to resolve customer issues, improve processes, and drive business growth
  • Staying up-to-date with industry trends, products, and services to provide expert advice and guidance to customers
  • Meeting or exceeding performance metrics, including first-call resolution, customer satisfaction, and sales targets
  • Participating in ongoing training and development programs to enhance skills and knowledge

Key Skills and Qualifications

* 2+ years of experience in customer service, preferably in a virtual environment

  • Excellent communication, interpersonal, and problem-solving skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment with multiple priorities and deadlines
  • Strong analytical and critical thinking skills, with the ability to resolve complex issues
  • Proficiency in CRM software, such as Salesforce or similar platforms
  • Experience with sales and upselling/cross-selling techniques
  • High school diploma or equivalent required; bachelor's degree preferred
  • Optional school authentication or similar is required
