Job Summary
As a Virtual Customer Support Specialist at arenaflex, you'll be responsible for providing exceptional support to our customers through various channels, including phone, email, and chat. You'll be the frontline representative for our customers, ensuring that every interaction is a positive one. Your primary responsibilities will include:
- Handling customer inquiries and resolving issues related to flight bookings, change requests, cancellations, and other travel-related concerns
- Providing accurate information about our services and products, as well as offering personalized recommendations to enhance the customer experience
- Utilizing problem-solving skills and in-depth knowledge of our services to handle high-stress situations and provide timely and effective solutions
- Maintaining customer records, documenting issues, and following up as needed to ensure resolution
- Collaborating with fellow specialists and various departments to ensure a seamless customer experience
Key Responsibilities
* Provide exceptional customer support through various channels, including phone, email, and chat
- Handle customer inquiries and resolve issues related to flight bookings, change requests, cancellations, and other travel-related concerns

- Participate in ongoing training and development to stay up-to-date on industry trends and arenaflex's products and services
- Work closely with the support team to ensure that customer issues are resolved in a timely and effective manner
Essential Qualifications
* 1-2 years of experience in a customer-facing role, preferably in the travel industry
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport with customers and colleagues
- Strong problem-solving skills and ability to think critically in high-pressure situations
- Proficiency in using technology, including CRM software and other customer support tools
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing priorities
- High school diploma or equivalent required; degree in a related field (e.g. hospitality, business) preferred
Preferred Qualifications
* Experience working in a virtual or remote environment
- Knowledge of the airline industry and arenaflex's products and services
- Certification in customer service or a related field (e.g. Certified Customer Service Representative)
