Experienced Customer Service Representative – Remote Opportunity with arenaflex

We're seeking a highly skilled and motivated Customer Service Representative to join our remote team. As a key member of our customer service team, you'll be responsible for providing a positive experience for customers through telephone and email interactions. Your primary goal will be to ensure that customer inquiries are handled efficiently and effectively, while maintaining a high level of customer satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities:

* Handle both incoming and outgoing calls in a contact center environment

  • Demonstrate exceptional customer service skills and a positive attitude while interacting with customers, representatives, and management
  • Build rapport with customers and establish a strong relationship
  • Maintain detailed records of vendor and part communications in our database or shared systems as required
  • Be proficient in working multiple subordinate tasks and consistently review educational materials
  • Clearly communicate all auto projects, including promotions and special offers, to customers
  • May lead phases of preparation to vendors on promotions and special offers
  • May lead post-purchase promotions reviews with customers
  • Adhere to all established policies and procedures
  • May be required to work in a contact center channel
  • Perform other duties as assigned

Essential Qualifications:

* Exceptional written and verbal communication skills

  • Positive attitude and strong work ethic
  • Proficient in MS Office (Word, Excel, and PowerPoint)
  • Ability to learn quickly
  • Excellent problem-solving skills
  • Ability to type at least 35 wpm

* Previous customer service experience in a contact center environment

  • Experience working in a fast-paced, dynamic environment
  • Knowledge of sales and marketing principles
  • Ability to work in a team environment and provide support to colleagues
