Experienced Customer Service Representative – Remote Opportunity with arenaflex

We're seeking a highly skilled and motivated Customer Service Representative to join our remote team. As a key member of our customer service team, you'll be responsible for providing a positive experience for customers through telephone and email interactions. Your primary goal will be to ensure that customer inquiries are handled efficiently and effectively, while maintaining a high level of customer satisfaction.
Key Responsibilities:
* Handle both incoming and outgoing calls in a contact center environment
- Demonstrate exceptional customer service skills and a positive attitude while interacting with customers, representatives, and management
- Build rapport with customers and establish a strong relationship
- Maintain detailed records of vendor and part communications in our database or shared systems as required
- Be proficient in working multiple subordinate tasks and consistently review educational materials
- Clearly communicate all auto projects, including promotions and special offers, to customers
- May lead phases of preparation to vendors on promotions and special offers
- May lead post-purchase promotions reviews with customers
- Adhere to all established policies and procedures
- May be required to work in a contact center channel
- Perform other duties as assigned
Essential Qualifications:
* Exceptional written and verbal communication skills
- Positive attitude and strong work ethic
- Proficient in MS Office (Word, Excel, and PowerPoint)
- Ability to learn quickly
- Excellent problem-solving skills
- Ability to type at least 35 wpm
