Job Summary

We're seeking an experienced Customer Care Representative to join our Customer Care department. As a key member of our team, you'll be responsible for answering phone calls, responding to customer inquiries, and providing exceptional service to our policy holders, agents, and funeral homes. This is an excellent opportunity to gain call experience, develop your customer service skills, and work for a company that values its employees.

Key Responsibilities

* Answer phone calls and respond to customer inquiries in a timely and professional manner

  • Provide exceptional customer service to policy holders, agents, and funeral homes
  • Resolve customer complaints and concerns in a fair and efficient manner
  • Maintain accurate records and documentation of customer interactions
  • Collaborate with internal teams to resolve customer issues and improve overall service
  • Stay up-to-date on company policies, procedures, and product offerings
  • Participate in ongoing training and development to improve customer service skills and product knowledge

What We'll Love About You

+ English and Spanish language proficiency (bilingual or multilingual a plus) + High School diploma or equivalent + Basic computer operation skills + Ability to type 35 wpm + Working knowledge of Microsoft Office (Outlook, Excel, Word) + Ability to pay close attention to detail + Ability to quickly learn new processes and procedures + Full-time schedule: Monday through Friday, 8:00am-4:45pm MST + Part-time schedule: open to discussion

  • Bilingual or multilingual skills (Spanish, English, or other languages)
