What to Expect

As a Live Chat Support Specialist at arenaflex, you will be responsible for:

  • Handling incoming and outgoing customer chats, providing exceptional service and support
  • Preparing account changes and troubleshooting customer issues in a timely and efficient manner
  • Identifying and acting upon potential sales opportunities to drive revenue growth
  • Assisting with customer retention efforts and resolving billing issues to ensure customer satisfaction
  • Collaborating with other departments to ensure timely resolution of customer concerns and improve overall customer experience

Key Responsibilities:

* Handle customer inquiries and resolve issues in a professional and courteous manner

  • Prepare and process account changes, including updates to customer information and billing details
  • Troubleshoot customer issues and provide solutions to resolve problems efficiently
  • Identify and act upon potential sales opportunities to drive revenue growth and improve customer satisfaction
  • Collaborate with other departments to ensure timely resolution of customer concerns and improve overall customer experience
  • Participate in ongoing training and development to enhance skills and knowledge

What We Require

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • A High School Diploma or Equivalent
  • 1-2 years of experience in a customer-facing role, preferably in a customer service setting
  • Ability to work well in a fast-paced environment with multiple priorities and deadlines
  • Excellent telephone skills and strong troubleshooting abilities
  • Solid negotiating skills and computer proficiency
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team to achieve common goals
