Job Summary

As an Inbound Energy Customer Care Specialist at arenaflex, you'll be responsible for providing exceptional customer service to our clients, resolving issues, and promoting our energy solutions. This is a remote opportunity that requires a high level of reliability, energy, and confidence. Key Responsibilities

* Answering phones from customers professionally and responding to customer inquiries and complaints in a timely and effective manner

  • Focusing on customer retention and satisfaction through proactive communication and issue resolution
  • Providing customers with arenaflex's service standards and ensuring that they understand our energy solutions and benefits
  • Identifying, escalating, and reporting priority issues to high-level management in a timely and professional manner
  • Routing inbound calls to the appropriate resources and following up on complicated customer calls as required
  • Completing call notes and call reports as necessary and updating them in our CRM system
  • Obtaining and evaluating all relevant data to properly handle and document complaints and inquiries
  • Recording details of comments, inquiries, complaints, and actions taken
  • Performing other duties as assigned by management

Requirements

* High School Diploma or equivalent

  • Bilingual a plus (but not required)
  • Some sales and customer service experience (previous experience in the energy industry is a plus)
  • Excellent communication skills, including verbal and written communication with proper grammar and spelling
  • Excellent computer skills, including proficiency in Microsoft Office and CRM systems
  • Detail-oriented with the ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively
  • Some experience with MS Excel is a plus
  • Ability to react effectively and calmly in escalated situations
