Job Summary
As a Digital Marketing Manager / Customer Support / General Virtual Assistant to our CEO, you will be responsible for overseeing and helping to manage multiple projects, performing tasks, and coordinating tasks of others with a particular focus on Facebook Ads. You will need to have excellent written English, be detail-oriented, and a quick learner. You will need to be able to work autonomously and be self-directed. You must be willing to work Monday to Friday, 9am-5pm (London time), with flexibility to start or finish a couple of hours early or later if needed.
Key Responsibilities
* Oversee and help manage multiple projects, performing tasks and coordinating tasks of others with a particular focus on Facebook Ads
- Communicate directly with clients through our Basecamp project management system
- Manage Facebook ad campaigns, including setup, strategy, and optimization
- Manage Google Adword and Shopping campaigns, including setup, optimization, and reporting
- Respond to customer queries via Basecamp across all projects
- Perform graphic design tasks using Canva or similar platforms
- Assist with general administration tasks as required by the CEO
- Coordinate tasks with other team members to ensure timely completion of projects
- Provide support and guidance to junior team members as needed
Essential Requirements
* Based in the Philippines
- Excellent written English, with the ability to communicate effectively with clients and team members
- Facebook Ads experience, with knowledge of setup, strategy, and optimization
- Google Ads experience, with knowledge of setup, optimization, and reporting (Google Certification is a plus)
- Proven experience working with an English-speaking employer or clients
- Excellent organizational skills, with the ability to work independently and know when to ask for help
- Fast computer and high-speed internet (with reliable power)
- Graphic design skills using Canva or similar platforms
Preferred Qualifications
* Knowledge of video editing, copywriting, website creation, social media management, online lead generation and follow-up, and product research
- Experience managing multiple projects and prioritizing tasks
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing priorities
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills

- Google Ads Setup and Optimisation (10%)
- Responding to Customer Queries via Basecamp across all projects (10%)
