The Role

We're seeking an experienced Customer Support Representative to join our team in Coppell, TX. As a key member of our customer-facing team, you'll be responsible for providing exceptional support to our clients, ensuring their needs are met, and their experiences with arenaflex are nothing short of amazing.

Responsibilities

* Answering emails, live chat, and phone support inquiries from clients

  • Assisting clients with setting up their online shops, designing products, and troubleshooting issues with their Printful Store and E-Commerce platform
  • Collaborating with clients to resolve complex issues and provide solutions that meet their needs
  • Maintaining accurate records of client interactions and resolving issues in a timely and professional manner
  • Participating in ongoing training and development to stay up-to-date on arenaflex products and services

Requirements

* Excellent customer service skills, with a focus on active listening, empathy, and problem-solving

  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with clients and colleagues
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, with multiple priorities and deadlines
  • Strong analytical and critical thinking skills, with the ability to identify and resolve complex issues
  • Proficiency in using technology, including CRM software, email, and live chat platforms
  • High school diploma or equivalent required; degree in a related field (e.g., business, marketing, communications) preferred

Preferred Qualifications

* Experience in a customer-facing role, preferably in a call center or customer support environment

  • Familiarity with E-Commerce platforms, such as Shopify or WooCommerce
  • Knowledge of printing, warehousing, and fulfillment processes
  • Experience with CRM software, such as Salesforce or Zendesk
  • Certification in customer service or a related field (e.g., Certified Customer Service Representative (CCSR))
