Job Summary

We're seeking an Experienced Bilingual Customer Engagement Representative to join our team at arenaflex's Roadrunner Servicing Center in Irving, Texas. As a key member of our customer engagement team, you'll play a critical role in building strong relationships with our customers, resolving issues, and providing exceptional service. This is a hybrid role, offering a unique blend of remote and in-office work, with opportunities for career growth and professional development.

Key Responsibilities

As an Experienced Bilingual Customer Engagement Representative, you'll be responsible for:

  • Handling an average of 80 inbound and outbound calls per day, providing exceptional service and resolving customer issues in a timely and professional manner.
  • Processing phone payments and conducting outbound customer interview calls to ensure customer satisfaction and loyalty.
  • Communicating and resolving customer issues via online chat channels, providing clear and concise information to resolve common customer concerns.
  • Meeting monthly productivity and quality goals, while maintaining a high level of customer satisfaction and loyalty.
  • Complying with all federal and state-specific laws that regulate collections and servicing activities, ensuring that our customers receive the highest level of service and support.

Requirements

To be successful in this role, you'll need:

  • A high school diploma or GED, with some college coursework a plus.
  • At least two years of customer service experience, preferably in auto finance or an installment loan portfolio.
  • A minimum of two years of related customer service experience in a fast-paced environment.
  • Working knowledge of Word and Excel, with the ability to master the use of web-based systems, such as LoanPro (training provided).
  • Strong communication skills, both verbally and written, with the ability to communicate effectively in English and Spanish (bi-lingual a plus).
  • Excellent "people" skills, with a strong customer service attitude and the ability to demonstrate problem-solving ability.
  • A flexible schedule, including some overtime, nights, weekends, and holidays, with a strong work ethic and a commitment to punctuality.
