Job Summary

As a Live Chat Customer Support Specialist, you'll be responsible for providing timely and efficient customer service through online chat on arenaflex's website and social media channels. Your duties will include answering customer inquiries, offering promotional discounts, and providing helpful resources and information. Key Responsibilities

* Provide timely and efficient customer service through online chat on arenaflex's website and social media channels

  • Answer customer inquiries, offer promotional discounts, and provide helpful resources and information
  • Create a positive customer experience and drive sales through effective communication and problem-solving skills
  • Follow provided steps and instructions to ensure consistency and quality in customer interactions
  • Work independently to manage multiple chat sessions and prioritize tasks effectively
  • Collaborate with the arenaflex team to resolve customer issues and improve overall customer satisfaction

Essential Qualifications

* High school diploma or equivalent required; degree in a related field (e.g., customer service, communications, business) preferred

  • 1-2 years of customer service experience, preferably in a live chat or call center environment
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work with diverse customers and colleagues
  • Ability to work independently and manage multiple chat sessions simultaneously
  • Strong problem-solving and conflict resolution skills, with a focus on customer satisfaction
  • Reliable internet connection and a device able to access social media and website chat functions (phone, tablet, or laptop)
  • Availability of at least 5 hours per week, with flexibility to work up to 40 hours per week

Preferred Qualifications

* Experience with live chat software and customer relationship management (CRM) systems

  • Knowledge of arenaflex's products and services, or a willingness to learn and become an expert
  • Certification in customer service or a related field (e.g., Certified Customer Service Representative (CCSR))
  • Bilingual or multilingual skills, with the ability to communicate effectively with customers in multiple languages
