Required Skills To succeed in this role, you'll need: * Excellent oral and written communication skills to effectively interact with customers and colleagues. * Proficient in basic computer skills and Microsoft Office to navigate our systems and tools. * The ability to type at a minimum speed of 30 words per minute to efficiently handle customer inquiries. * Strong organizational and time management abilities to prioritize tasks and manage multiple calls simultaneously. * The ability to multi-task and perform efficiently under pressure to meet customer needs and expectations. Qualifications To be considered for this role, you'll need: * A minimum of 1 year of experience in a high-volume call center or similar role where daily phone interaction is essential. * Be at least 18 years old to meet the minimum age requirement. * A high school diploma or equivalent is required; however, a degree in a related field is preferred. * Preference for individuals with remote work experience, although not mandatory. * A reliable internet connection with at least 20 Mbps upload and download speed (hard-wired connection is necessary). * Possession of a smartphone to access the VPN. * Experience in the insurance industry is advantageous but not required. * A quiet and professional home office environment is required to ensure a distraction-free workspace.
