Job Summary
We're seeking an experienced Full Stack Data Analyst to join our team in Santa Monica, USA. As a Senior Data Analyst, you'll be responsible for analyzing complex data sets, identifying trends and patterns, and developing actionable insights to drive business growth. You'll work closely with cross-functional teams to develop and implement data-driven solutions, and collaborate with stakeholders to communicate findings and recommendations.
Key Responsibilities
* Assemble and present complex data analyses, visualizations, and reports to support business decisions and drive growth
- Develop and maintain databases, data warehouses, and data pipelines to ensure data quality and integrity
- Collaborate with data scientists and engineers to design and implement data-driven solutions
- Use data visualization tools, SQL, and programming languages to extract insights from large datasets
- Develop and maintain dashboards and reports to track key performance indicators (KPIs) and business metrics
- Communicate complex data insights and recommendations to stakeholders through clear and concise storytelling
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop and implement data-driven solutions
Essential Qualifications
* Bachelor's degree in a quantitative field (e.g., mathematics, statistics, computer science, economics)
- 3+ years of experience as a data analyst or scientist in a private sector organization
- Strong SQL, Python, or R programming skills for complex data analysis and data visualization
- Experience with data visualization tools (e.g., Tableau, Power BI, D3.js)
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to communicate complex insights to non-technical stakeholders
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to present to senior leadership and stakeholders
Preferred Qualifications
* Master's degree in a quantitative field (e.g., mathematics, statistics, computer science, economics)
- Experience with machine learning and artificial intelligence techniques
- Familiarity with data warehousing and ETL (Extract, Transform, Load) processes
- Experience with data governance and data quality initiatives
- Strong project management skills, with the ability to prioritize and manage multiple projects simultaneously
