Job Summary

As a Customer Service Representative at arenaflex, you will be the first point of contact for our valued customers, providing them with exceptional service and support. This is a remote position, allowing you to work from the comfort of your own home while delivering top-notch customer service. You will be responsible for responding to customer inquiries via phone, email, and chat in a timely and professional manner, resolving customer issues, and providing appropriate solutions.

Requirements

  • Previous customer service experience is a plus
  • High School Diploma or equivalent
  • Additional qualifications in customer service or related fields are preferred but not required
