Job Description:

As a Data Entry Specialist at arenaflex, you will be responsible for maintaining the accuracy and consistency of our database, ensuring that our operational efficiencies are supported. You will work closely with our team managers to support data management needs and process improvements. Your attention to detail and organizational skills will be essential in generating reports, performing data backup, and adhering to quality standards and data entry protocols.

Responsibilities:

* Enter and update data in the company's database system accurately and efficiently.

• Verify data accuracy by checking and correcting data, when necessary.
• Maintain confidentiality and protect sensitive data integrity.
• Collaborate with team managers to support data management needs and process improvements.
• Generate reports and perform data backup as required.
• Adhere to quality standards and data entry protocols.
• Respond to data inquiries from team members and provide requisite data insights.

Requirements:

* High-speed internet connection and a reliable home office setup.

• Strong typing skills with a focus on accuracy and speed.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Excel and Word.
• Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills.
• Strong communication skills, both written and verbal.

• Previous data entry experience is preferred but not required.
