Job Summary
As a Customer Service Representative at arenaflex, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service to our clients, resolving issues in a timely and professional manner, and working collaboratively with our team to achieve business objectives. Key Responsibilities and Job Elements
* Provide exceptional customer service to clients, responding to inquiries and resolving issues in a timely and professional manner
- Collaborate with our team to achieve business objectives, including meeting customer delivery promises and maintaining high levels of safety, quality, and productivity
- Support, mentor, and motivate hourly workforce to ensure they are equipped to deliver exceptional customer experiences
- Work collaboratively with all support teams, including Safety, Engineering, Loss Prevention, Quality Assurance, and Human Resources to develop plans to meet business objectives
- Lift up to 49 pounds and frequently push, pull, squat, bend, and reach
- Stand/walk for up to 12 hours during shifts
- Work in an environment where the noise level varies and can be loud
- Work in an environment that is subject to variable temperatures and weather (delivery stations include outside loading departments)
- Continuously climb and descend stairs (applies to sites with stairs)
Essential Qualifications
* High school diploma or equivalent required
- 1-2 years of customer service experience, preferably in a fast-paced environment
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work in a team environment and collaborate with colleagues to achieve business objectives
- Ability to lift up to 49 pounds and frequently push, pull, squat, bend, and reach
- Ability to stand/walk for up to 12 hours during shifts
- Ability to work in an environment where the noise level varies and can be loud
- Ability to work in an environment that is subject to variable temperatures and weather (delivery stations include outside loading departments)

Preferred Qualifications
* Bachelor's degree in a related field (e.g. business, communications, customer service)
- 2-3 years of customer service experience, preferably in a fast-paced environment
- Experience working in a team environment and collaborating with colleagues to achieve business objectives
- Experience with customer relationship management (CRM) software
- Experience with data analysis and reporting
