Job Summary

As a Live Chat Support Agent at arenaflex, you'll be the first point of contact for our customers, providing prompt and helpful responses to their queries through live chat. You'll work independently, using your excellent communication skills and customer-centric approach to resolve issues and ensure customer satisfaction. Key Responsibilities

* Provide exceptional customer service through live chat, responding to customer inquiries and resolving issues in a timely and professional manner

  • Engage with website visitors, using your communication skills to build rapport and provide helpful responses to their queries
  • Work independently, using your initiative and problem-solving skills to resolve complex issues and escalate concerns when necessary
  • Maintain a positive attitude and calm demeanor, even under pressure, to ensure a high level of customer satisfaction
  • Collaborate with our team to share knowledge and best practices, and contribute to the development of our customer support processes

What You'll Need

* A device able to access social media and website chat functions (phone, tablet, or laptop)

  • Ability to work independently and use your initiative to resolve issues
  • Strong communication skills, with the ability to build rapport with customers and provide helpful responses to their queries
  • Ability to closely follow provided steps and instructions, and adapt to changing circumstances
  • Reliable internet connection and 5+ hours availability per week
  • Location: Remote work online (United States preferred)
