Experienced Full Stack Data Entry Specialist – Supply Chain Systems Development

Job Summary:
We're seeking an experienced Full Stack Data Entry Specialist to join our arenaflex team. As a Senior Analyst – Supply Chain Systems, you'll be responsible for supporting and maintaining our Distribution Center Administration Framework, as well as serving as the primary point of contact between our Centralized computer and Application Development divisions. You'll work closely with our Organization/Telecom divisions and Innovation Office to facilitate, investigate, and implement actual solutions that support our DC operations. Key Responsibilities:
* Support and maintain the Distribution Center Administration Framework, ensuring seamless communication between our Centralized computer and Application Development divisions
- Collaborate with MHE merchants to manage data handling and inventory control
- Work with all smart devices, including Sortation Control Frameworks, to ensure efficient data processing and inventory management
- Coordinate all data backups and recovery procedures to prevent data loss and ensure business continuity
- Serve as the primary point of contact between the Distribution Center office, WMS merchant, and MIS Division for issue resolution
- Support all data handling equipment, including printers and terminals, to ensure smooth operations
- Maintain and support LAN (Local Area Network) design to ensure secure and efficient data transmission
- Perform all future upgrades of software to ensure compatibility and optimal performance
- Coordinate stock tracking of in-stock supplies, including forms, labels, and other materials, and report usage to MIS
- Regulate non-exempt staff to ensure compliance with company policies and procedures
- Maintain all control tables within the WMS, including access security, to ensure secure and efficient data management
- Screen the performance of the framework application to ensure it's ready and accessible to all end-users
- Manage and monitor end-user access and privileges, reporting to the SOX Compliance Office on a quarterly basis
- Develop reporting tools for clients to gain better visibility into the WMS and Working Metrics, using Crystal Reports or Cognos Report Studio
- Foster a culture of collaboration and innovation, encouraging open communication and feedback among team members
Required Capabilities:
* 2+ years of IT experience, including Windows, Unix, SQL Server, and other relevant technologies
- 2+ years of experience working in a delivery climate (onsite or remote)
- 2+ years of experience using SQL, MS-Access, Excel, and other relevant software applications
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to work independently and collaboratively as part of a team
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with diverse stakeholders
Preferred Capabilities:
* Project management experience, with a proven track record of delivering projects on time and within budget
- Bachelor's degree in IT or a related field
- Strong business acumen, with the ability to understand and analyze business needs and develop solutions to meet those needs
- Excellent leadership and management skills, with the ability to motivate and inspire team members to achieve their best
