Job Description

As a Remote Customer Service Representative, you'll be responsible for handling inbound customer inquiries via phone, email, and chat in a courteous and professional manner. You'll resolve customer issues efficiently, ensuring a high level of satisfaction, and provide accurate information regarding arenaflex services and products. You'll identify customer needs and proactively offer solutions, maintain detailed and accurate records of customer interactions and transactions, and collaborate with team members and other departments to ensure customer needs are met.
