Key Responsibilities
As a Telechat / Live Chat Representative, you'll be responsible for providing exceptional customer service through our live chat platform. Your main role will be to ensure that our customers have a positive and seamless experience while interacting with our brand. Some of your key responsibilities will include:
- Monitor and respond to incoming chat messages: You'll be the first point of contact for our customers, responding to their inquiries and concerns in a timely and professional manner.
- Provide accurate and detailed information: You'll be responsible for providing accurate and detailed information about our products, services, and policies to our customers.
- Effectively promote and upsell products: You'll have the opportunity to promote and upsell our products to increase sales and drive revenue growth.
- Assist customers with placing orders and tracking shipments: You'll assist customers with placing orders and tracking shipments, ensuring that they have a smooth and hassle-free experience.
- Resolve customer complaints and issues: You'll work with customers to resolve complaints and issues in a patient and empathetic manner.

Qualifications
To be successful in this role, you'll need to possess the following qualifications:
- High School Diploma or equivalent: You'll need to have a high school diploma or equivalent to apply for this role.
- 1 year of experience in customer service or sales: You'll need to have at least 1 year of experience in customer service or sales, preferably in a chat or call center environment.
- Strong written communication skills: You'll need to have strong written communication skills and the ability to type quickly and accurately.
- Ability to multitask and prioritize responsibilities: You'll need to be able to multitask and prioritize responsibilities in a fast-paced environment.
