Job Summary

We are seeking an experienced Data Analyst to join our High-Level Examination, Content Group. As a key member of our team, you will apply advanced analytical techniques to drive business decisions and shape the future of entertainment. You will work closely with our content team to analyze large-scale, high-dimensional data sets, identify trends and patterns, and develop insights that inform our content strategy. Key Responsibilities

* Apply advanced analytical techniques (data mining, data visualization, statistical analysis, AI) to large-scale, high-dimensional data sets to drive business decisions and shape the future of entertainment.

• Analyze client behavior (e.g., viewing preferences, viewing patterns) to identify untapped client needs and undiscovered content opportunities.
• Forecast content engagement to inform acquisition decisions and optimize content strategy.
• Enhance our content launch and episode release process through data-driven insights and recommendations.
• Test marketing strategies to optimize engagement and retention.
• Ideate and develop new metrics and KPIs to measure content performance for both strategic and tactical navigation.
• Provide specialized analytical support to partners to drive business growth and innovation.
• Effectively communicate complex data insights and recommendations to stakeholders through compelling data storytelling.

Essential Qualifications

* Bachelor's degree in Mathematics, Statistics, Data Science, Computer Science, or a related field.

• At least 2 years of experience in data analysis, with a focus on statistical analysis and AI techniques.
• Proficiency in SQL and experience with R or Python programming languages.
• Experience with data visualization tools and techniques, such as Tableau or Power BI.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to work independently and apply creativity to complex problems.
• Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to effectively communicate complex data insights and recommendations to stakeholders.

Preferred Qualifications

* Master's degree in Data Science, Mathematics, Statistics, Computer Science, or a related field.

• Experience with machine learning algorithms and techniques, such as decision trees, regression, and clustering.
• Familiarity with data warehousing and business intelligence tools, such as Amazon Redshift or Microsoft Power BI.
• Experience with data visualization tools and techniques, such as D3.js or Matplotlib.
• Strong passion for media and entertainment, with a deep understanding of the industry and its trends.
