Responsibilities
As a Chat Specialist, you'll be responsible for:
- Handling a wide variety of customer inquiries via online chat, providing accurate information about products and services, and narrowing down on appointment information to schedule appointments.
- Capturing customer contact information for lead generation and client review, summarizing interactions based on customer needs for client review, and developing and maintaining a knowledge base of evolving products and services.
- Providing exceptional customer service, responding to customer inquiries in a timely and professional manner, and resolving issues efficiently.
- Collaborating with our team to achieve sales and customer satisfaction goals, and staying up-to-date with industry trends and developments.
- Participating in ongoing training and development to improve skills and knowledge, and contributing to a positive and supportive team environment.
Qualifications
To succeed as a Chat Specialist at arenaflex, you'll need:
- Previous experience in retail customer service or the automotive industry (preferred but not necessary).
- Basic internet and window-based computer skills, including proficiency in Microsoft Office and Google Suite.
- Strong ability to multitask, with gaming experience a plus.
- Positive and professional demeanor, excellent written and verbal communication skills, and the ability to adapt to change and thrive in a fast-paced work environment.
- Ability to type at least 35 WPM, with 40 and above preferred.
Requirements
To work as a Chat Specialist at arenaflex, you'll need:
- Your own computer or laptop with a webcam, second monitor, microphone, and external mouse.
- To live within the state of Texas (Corpus Christi, TX).
- A quiet, dedicated workspace free from distractions (this is a remote position).
- Ability to attend 4 weeks of remote training, Tuesday-Saturday between the hours of 11am-7:30pm EDT.
- Reliable internet connection and a quiet workspace.
