Experienced Full Stack Data Analyst – Business Intelligence and Data Science

Job Summary:

As a Full Stack Data Analyst at arenaflex, you'll play a critical role in planning and executing cycles and arrangements related to various data sources. You'll apply your analytical skills to gain insights into key business issues and expectations, and communicate your findings to a wide range of stakeholders. With a focus on business intelligence and data science, you'll utilize current and emerging technologies to assess trends and develop meaningful recommendations for our leadership team.

Key Responsibilities:

* Plan and execute cycles and arrangements related to various data sources, including information/text mining and analysis

• Apply statistical analysis procedures to inspect organized and unstructured data from multiple sources
• Develop and communicate results to a wide range of stakeholders, including senior leadership and cross-functional teams
• Utilize current and emerging technologies to assess trends and develop meaningful recommendations for our leadership team
• Regularly utilize data, statistical and quantitative analysis, limited modeling, and fact-based management to drive decision making
• Guide less senior staff and work in cross-functional projects and initiatives
• Present to senior leadership and stakeholders as needed

Essential Qualifications:

* Bachelor's degree in data systems, software engineering, or a quantitative discipline such as science, engineering, operations research, finance, or economics

• Five (3) years of work experience in estimation and analysis, quantitative business reasoning, operations research, marketing analysis, simulation development, or predictive analysis
• Proficiency in analysis software and applications
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Excellent written and oral communication skills

* Experience or coursework with SAFE Spry

• Experience with the following: requirements gathering; probability and statistics; TSQL/PLSQL; Python or R; mathematical analysis; clear data analysis
• Microsoft Power BI
• Microsoft Power Apps
• Alteryx
• Python/R
• Automation
• Financial Information
• Basic Accounting Information
• Proficiency in analysis software and applications
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Excellent written and oral communication skills
